Time says poof

May the fourth be with you.

Today is the liberation day for my country. 80 years ago we were liberated from German occupation. It a day for thoughts and a look at how the world really hasn't moved on, but then again, much have happened since.
We have lit candles and a flag in a window.
Remember and never forget.

Today has been a bit weird, as weekend days tend to be. But we had a nice walk in the forest, and I've washed and blocked half of my sweater. I finished the sleeves yesterday! Finally! Now I need to wash and block and sew it together and the knit the neck. I don't have a big enough mat or needles enough to block it all at once, so one half today, the other tomorrow. Damn, I really hope the sweater fits!

I spent all day yesterday in the couch watching Sleepy Hollow and knitting and I only had a bit of bad mood about it in the evening.
It was just nice to relax for a day. The dog thought so too, she slept all day. And is her very energetic self today. Apparently we've been wearing her out.

I finally booked an appointment at my hairdresser. Wednesday! I really need that haircut, but now I'm in a hurry to clean the house before my mom gets here Friday.

I don't know, I don't have that much to say today.

I want to write. But it's just nuts how time just disappears for me these days. Poof it's gone.
I don't mind if the coming week is gone very fast too. Then I can get some much needed stress free time.
